Coaching is like having a knowledgeable and supportive friend (coach) who helps you (coachee/client) figure out your goals and plan and encourages you to take steps to achieve those goals. I ask you for thought-provoking thoughts, listen to your thoughts and concerns, and guide you in finding solutions and strategies to overcome challenges.
